Cancel and Return
1. Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
1. I don’t like the wig I bought, can I return it?
Yes, We accept return of products. But please make sure you apply for the return within 7 days after the receipt of the product. Besides this, please note - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For all the wigs with a front lace panel, the front lace can not be cut, or it would be ineligible for a return. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address.
2. When will I receive the refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. My wig has quality issues, can I return it?
Please check the wig carefully as soon as you receive it. If there is any quality problem, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. (At the latest, within 7 days after the receipt of the product) Send the order number of the wig and state the problem to the service mailbox. We don’t accept the return of wig has been treated any of the following ways: the front lace panel is cut ( please carefully check your wig before having the front lace cut, once you cut it, we see there’s no quality issue existing in the wig); the hair knots are bleached by yourself or you have someone done the work; the wig is dyed into another color by yourself or you have someone done the work. If you bleached the knots or dyed the wig to find that the hair strands start falling out or get strangled, we don’t agree that has quality issues and would not allow a return. Please get noted and thanks for your understanding.
4. Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, our customer is responsible for the return shipping. Please send your return with a tracking option as we’re not responsible for lost returns. Please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES”on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
