Return & Refund
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and contact us via email. If you want to make a return, please be noted that the unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and wigs eligible for a return must be those which are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in its original condition - with original package & tag attached.
- if you have any questions or complaints with the order/products/payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without contacting us, or raise a dispute without a solid reason, we will not ensure your full refund and we may make a complaint according to the policy. The return info will be sent to you after you contact us. The unauthorized return of products will not be accepted.
- We recommend you using USPS to have the package shipped back to us and please get us the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If you received a wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the returning is on our responsibility (such as: Shipped wrong products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after we receive your return;
- If the returning is on buyer’s responsibility (such as:Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size, Damage or delay of irresistible factor), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight & handling fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally you will receive your money within 3-5 days.
